The Pigtail of Ah Lee Ben Loo [Signed & Inscribed copy]

Very Good in orange printed boards but which have softly bled their color onto the endpapers — see image. This copy bears the author’s signature in ink and a lengthy inscription to Elizabeth “Lovie” Love Godwin, one of the great grand-daughters of William Cullen Bryant. See attached image. Scarce thus.
