Sturdy 8vo, black boards with silver titling, dark orange endpapers — Very Good overall — faintly canted, a bit of sunning toward crown, some minor scuffs to the black. Gloomy photograph on the dj’s cover by none other than Richard Seaver. Jacket is heavily worn with creases to covers especially the front, chips to extremes and a few small pieces missing at crown, and another at the foot, rear. Not price-clipped, archivally mylared, a dignified example fo the First Edition despite flaws.
