The Cat and the Devil

A spankingly fresh First Edition of a story written by James Joyce for his grandson, Stevie, and illustrated in color and “full color wash” by Richard Erdoes. Hardcover in mustard boards with purple devil & cat on the front, decorated endpapers, Very Good + condition. The dust jacket is also in excellent condition with a tad of sunning along spine. Both front and rear flaps are slightly beveled but not price-clipped — we’re pretty sure this is the original design of the jacket. Further images upon request.
