An excellent example of the SIGNED LIMITED EDITION of Bukowski’s debut novel, this is number 242 of 250 copies. Red, white and blue stars on light blue printed boards. Printed spine label clear and clean. The common light fading around spine, small bump to front cover top edge, otherwise near to fine all around. Lacks original unprinted acetate jacket and bears a previous owner’s name at the top corner of the red front free endpaper. Said previous owner, one Jack Evans, is an abstract painter and founder of the renowned Gloucester, MA record shop Mystery Train. A very well preserved copy of a 50+ year old classic.
