A tight, form and clean copy of the ninth printing of the first edition – light grey cloth with dark green lettering; aqua likely faded top-stain, blue end-papers, 309 pages. Nearly flawless but for a line erased pencil note on rear free endpaper on last (white) page & faint indication of removed tape to rear pastedown. The DJ has a ghost of removed tape to rear, rubbing along spine, small creases, several chips at extremities including a larger one at foot along spine, but is otherwise strong; not price-clipped ($3.95). nd handsome example.
