VG- in mustard colored cloth and illustrated dust-jacket, 320 pages. DJ shows just minor wear, a few small nicks & scrapes. This was the working copy of the late art critic Peter Schjeldahl whose markings & notes appear fairly regularly throughout the various texts. Images of a few examples are here provided and additional shots can be upon request. Schjeldahl wrote on Degenerate Art in his piece “The Anti-Modernists” in the March 2017 issue of The New Yorker (he lauds this catalogue as compulsively readable.) Laid in is a folded oversized “Timeline” of relevant July-September 1932 events in Germany, presumably provided as an exhibition aide.
