One of 1500 copies in grey cloth with brown lettering. 202 pages, heavily illustrated in color. This was the personal copy of the late great Jill Johnston his copy is from the library of the late great Jill Johnston (1929-2010) cultural, literary and dance critic, memoirist, radical lesbian feminist and champion of the avant-garde, and it bears her distinctive blue ink-stamp on thefront free endpaper which reads “Write first. then live.” J.J. Laid in are a compliments card from Archivio Francesco Conz and Conz’s return mailing label cut out and pasted to a piece of envelope. Interior is VG+ with sign of an old paper clip first few pages. Dust-jacket is VG+. Scarce in U.S.
